As a commercial assistant, you will be the link between prospect or customer and our representatives and technicians. Are you looking for a varying job with challenge? Then this job opening might be for you.
✔ You will call our existing customers to schedule their maintenance.
✔ You will support the representatives in making appointments and filling their calendar.
✔ You will help them follow up on quotes and assist customers with problems or with answering their questions.
✔ You are communicatively strong: fluent, assertive and witty. You dare to engage in conversation with anyone and are anything but a wallflower.
✔ You are a dynamic person, positive attitude and possess a solid portion of perseverance.
✔ You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French is a bonus as are other languages.
✔ You work results-oriented and accurately.
✔ You are a team player.
✔ Experience in scheduling appointments or in a call center is nice but not a must.
✔ Check the availability of the product, service
✔ Enter the details of the order, reservation, etc.
✔ Complete digital call follow-up documents
✔ Inform the customer about the characteristics of the products
✔ Advising the customer on his choice
✔ Introducing yourself on the phone
✔ Verify the identity and details of the interlocutor (customer number, address, etc.)
✔ Make known or identify the purpose of the call (ordering, selling, informing, advertising, assisting, …)
✔ Contacting customers and potential customers
✔ Present the company’s products and services (new products, additional sales, etc.)
✔ Orient the customer and transfer their call to the appropriate interlocutor (technician, salesperson, customer manager, etc.)
